I knew those O.C. Chopper guys were theives, how about you?

They always came off as phoneys when I tried watching their show.
Three members of the Teutul family of Orange County Choppers fame defrauded the creditors of their family's other business, according to a complaint filed Friday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

The complaint accuses Paul Teutul Sr. and his sons, Paul Teutul Jr. and Daniel Teutul, of engineering the fraudulent bankruptcy of O.C. Iron Works Inc. in order to avoid paying the company's creditors.=

The bankruptcy fraud complaint is similar to a civil lawsuit seeking monetary damages. The complaint doesn't name a dollar amount, but court papers suggest the Teutuls and the iron works business could be on the hook for $1.3 million or more if they lose.

I didnt know that there was indictments on them, but they always did seem a little sketchy to me. They seemed more like con artists selling the television execs a new form of a circus it never seems to be about the bikes it is more about the people who "make" the bikes.
It's just someone making an allegation.that's all.
There MAY be merit to the suit...and maybe there ISN'T.

We live in a litinginious society, where anyone can (and does) sue anyone for anything.

Read about the judge who sued a dry cleaner for 54 MILLION dollars because the dry cleaners lost the judges pants?

I guess we'll see if the Teutels are liable or not when their case is disposed of. But are they thieves?...absolutely not.

so what ,,,just like 50,000 other businesses do every year,,,yawn
They are guilty because you think they look like phonies
%26 crooks on TV ??
You "know" that they are thieves from watching TV ??
Are you aware that not everything you see on TV is true ?
