I need a copy of the of the acknowledgement of paternity my ex signed?

where do i go, who do i call, cant find anything online. it was buffalo, new york. we dont know where it went and desperately need a copy.

Easy. You call the courthouse where it was filed. They will have it and can provide you with a certified copy (raised seal).

You can email the Buffalo, NY Hall of Records. That is where you would get birth certifs, adoption certificates and such. If they don't have your record, maybe they can tell you who to call.
