You need to go to the nearest courthouse and petition the court to change your name. You apply then you will be called in to appear before the judge, he will ask you why you want to change your name. If he is satisfied with your answer, then you pay the fee and you get your certified name change. You go to social security to change the name on your SSN, then go to DMV to change your drivers license, and so on.
