Answers:
he was DUI and apparently injured another person. I think that it is time for you to step aside and let him face the consequences of his actions.
File a petition for the release from prison and cite good behavior if allowed in your state.
Pay the bail or there he stays - end of story.

There is no "get out of jail free" fund. You can consider asking his attorney, but if he has already been denied release then he will likely stay put until his hearing, and then with any luck (and a smart judge on the bench) he will be sentenced to a nice long stint in prison where he can stop and think about what he has done.
depends on the country you live in..
different country different laws and police dept characterize
none of human being ever lived didnt like money
Leave the loser there to rot.
Contact a bail bond company. They should be able to help. All you need is collateral, like a car or something. But since he is in jail already, when they sentence him, he will have a lesser sentence for time already served.
What about the person he hit? if he doesn't have a job how will he pay back the damages he caused? and if he gets out will he flee to Mexico?
Talk to a lawyer. Yes, I know that costs more money. the system is not meant to be "nice" to people. There are not going to be easy answers to where one should get money to get someone out of jail.
There are a lot of things about "justice" that do not make sense to me. It seems the government makes a lot of money when a citizen commits a crime (court fees, punitive fees, probation fees and bail). The monetary part is especially hypocritical. Most people committ misdemeanor crimes like light drug possession/distribution and shoplifting when they are down on their luck and money. It is perhaps the lowest point in someone's life. How does the system expect you to change/have faith in society when now he or she is more broke to begin with because of the money the court took away and now has a record that may bar him or her from future decent employment. if anything was going to make him or her re offend it would be that! Good luck! Personally, I think DU Is should be a felony so I do not have that much sympathy this person but I understand he or she is in a bad cycle.
Ask the person he hit.

Really... no one was killed. Nice way to look at it.
have his mom bake him a cake with a file in it so he can break out and if that doesn't work then let him sit in the cell and think about what he did.Maybe he didn't kill anyone but did he hurt them? If not physicaly then how about mentally or financialy? Maybe the car he hit belonged to a family that only owned one and depended on that vehicle to get to and from work so they can put food on their table. He needs to take responsibility for his actions and make it right for his victims.
already in jail 3 months fora dui and a wreck? wow he must have had something els on his record, my son had a wreck and was drunk at the time and he served 2 days.
