this poor girl took to selling drugs after her mom died with no where to go and no one to help, she has since obtained a cna license but can't get a job because of felonies also she can't get a section 8 nor low income because of same is there any help for her she is raising her 4 kids by herself

She can apply to have her record expunged. This usually requires a lawyer, maybe you can get a volunteer.

It is pretty unlikely that they will expunge it, no matter what the reason, if she has not been an upstanding (and crime free) citizen for at least 5 years, and unless she has a few prominent people to speak for her, and unless she has been steadily employed for that period of time as well. Mentioning that she wants to clear her felony record so she can have public housing, welfare or food stamps is not a good tactic.

Chances are better if she was very young at the time, and if she has some sort of back up from churches or social program advocates. I am embarrassed to live in a society that visits the sins of the parents on the children, and I wish you luck.
You could write you governor's office for a pardon but you really have to plead the case with justification as the reasons for needing the pardon. You need to include how the person has "redeemed" themselves and "learned" from their mistake. It is best to have an attorney write it for you or have someone with law experience write the pardon request but I doubt she can afford an attorney.
unless she get amnesty, she can't. good luck on that happening
